Q)What does this patch do?
A) It modifies transaction permissions for certain Propalms COM+ components.
   These permission changes are required for Propalms COM+ components to communicate with ASP pages on Win 2003 SP2 servers.

Q) Does one need to restart any Propalms services or reboot Propalms server after applying the patch?
A) No need to restart server or Propalms services.

Q) Should this patch be applied after installing SP2 for Windows 2003 or before?
A) The Propalms SP2 patch should only be applied after SP2 for Windows 2003 has been applied.

Q) On which Propalms roles should the patch be Applied?
A) Only on Propalms servers running the WEB and LoadBalancer role.

Files included.

1)Propalms TSE SP2 Patch.exe -- This is executable that needs to be run to install the patch.
2)UpdateComPlusSettings.xml -- This is a config for the exe 

Note: Both the files should be copied to the same location/folder for the patch to be executed successfully.
