PROPALMS TSE 6.5 SERVICE PACK 1 RELEASED

SP1 for TSE 6.5 includes all previously released public and private hot fixes for TSE v6.5 along with some additional feature enhancements. It includes a new Propalms Client release v6.5.2.0 with client side bug fixes and additional features.

PROPALMS TSE 6.5 NOW AVAILABLE

Propalms newest TSE version includes significant updates to its Load Balancing scheme, making it even more effective at managing server resources. TSE redundancy and failover of key roles has been enhanced meaning a TSE deployment can be made 100% fault tolerant and offer complete redundancy out of the box. Print Management on Remote Desktop Services is now even easier with TSE's HyperPrint technology and new feature support. Browser less application access and new TSE client versions ensure users can get access to the applications they need. A new User Interface plus numerous admin enhancements makes TSE 6.5 the easiest version to administer and use yet.

NEW PROPALMS SUPPORT CENTER

Propalms has a new web based support system available at https://support.propalms.com
This system provides Incident logging, tracking and Knowledgebase search functionality. Please use this as the starting point for all troubleshooting and support queries for Propalms TSE, VPN and VDI.
The web based incident logging facility will provide you with a 'Tracking ID' which can be used to update information and chase the status of the logged support request. You will be notified by email when submitting a support request and when a propalms engineer responds.
