Hotfix Rollup Pack 2 (HRP2) for TSE 6.0 is now available for download from the Propalms website. This update replace all previously released patches including HRP1. Please view the release notes for more information on installation and fixes included.

Propalms has been notified of an issue with Microsoft patch KB956744 when installed on Windows Vista (32 or 64bit) computers that also have the Propalms client installed.

NEW PROPALMS SUPPORT CENTER

Propalms has a new web based support system available at https://support.propalms.com
This system provides Incident logging, tracking and Knowledgebase search functionality. Please use this as the starting point for all troubleshooting and support queries for Propalms TSE, VPN and VDI.
The web based incident logging facility will provide you with a 'Tracking ID' which can be used to update information and chase the status of the logged support request. You will be notified by email when submitting a support request and when a propalms engineer responds.
